But here's what I learned: confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build. And transformation doesn't happen overnight. It happens in small, consistent steps. It happens when you decide to show up, even when it's scary. It happens when you choose to bet on yourself.
That realization changed everything for me. It inspired me to create the 1st and 15th YouTube show, where I show up twice a month to share real talk, actionable inspiration, and the kind of conversations that spark change. It led me to build Confidence With Karal, a space dedicated to helping people step into their power and achieve their goals. And it's what drove me to create Redefined You, a transformational program for moms who've lost themselves along the way and are ready to reclaim their identity.
Today, I'm honored to stand on stages, share my story, and empower others through speaking engagements. But more than anything, I'm committed to helping YOU unlock your potential, conquer your fears, and create a life you're excited to live.
